We've started

This is just a quick first post to get the ball rolling.

So far, we have:

- successfully renegotiated the re-financing minefield
- moved 78 metric shit-tons of stuff out to the garage
- taken down two halogen lights
- ripped wooden paneling off of the ceiling and most of two walls.

I'll have pictures up soon, but let it be said now that my camera SUCKS.
